Jeremy sold our condo in the Kentlands in Gaithersburg. Before selling the condo, it needed to be updated/renovated. I was extremely busy and unable to take the time to research contractors. Jeremy found three contractors to provide quotes. Moreover, I was unable to meet two of the contractors to show them the unit in order for them to bid the job. Jeremy was kind enough to meet them for me! We selected the contractor Jeremy recommended. His personal relationship with the contractor benefited us tremendously. The contractor was incredibly easy to work with and treated us very fairly. At every turn, Jeremy went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. As a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the process of buying a home. Right away Jeremy was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my husband and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Jeremy was willing to meet us at any time I suggested to view houses and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. We was there for us from the beginning to end. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight time frame (30 days). This was my second time buying a house and first time selling a house. For my wife, this was her first time being involved in any type of real estate transaction. We were both thoroughly impressed. Jeremy took the time to walk my wife through every part of the process and answer any questions she had as a first time home buyer. I honestly think he did everything he could to make our experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
